WLG: Morning People feat. Bontempo

Te Whanganui-a-tara! It’s been over 18 months since our last Morning People party in the capital, and we reckon it’s about time we put that right.

There’s a small but perfectly formed new venue with a badass Tubbs sound system about to open, and we’re lucky enough to be among the first to party in the new space. Kia ora Public Service Center!

On DJ duties is Bontempo, whose name loosely translates to “good time” - and that’s exactly what she delivers. Known for her dynamic, genre-hopping sets that throw the rulebook out the window, Bonnie is a firm believer that there’s no such thing as a guilty pleasure. She’s brought her infectious energy to some of Aotearoa’s best parties and festivals, including Splore, Flamingo Pier, R&A, Two Minds Festival and Le Currents.

Expect high-energy dance music, unexpected twists and a seriously good start to your Thursday. Wellington, we’ve missed you!
