How do we Women learn to truly ‘Be Unstoppable?'

We read how women are being given the opportunity to ‘step up’ into higher leadership positions (at last!) and take control of their teams and in some cases, organisations. We hear how females are finally enjoying gender equality in the workplace (supposedly!) and can enjoy promotions into more senior roles because of the expertise and talent they have.

And apparently, they are receiving equal pay to their male colleagues in many organisations that have ‘Equal Opportunity and promoting Diversity’ as part of their Strategic Plans. This is the picture painted, but if we dig a little deeper, we realise that it’s not all rosy for us as females. The facts say it all.

What are the four areas with which countless women struggle?

• They don’t back themselves enough
• They often have self-doubting thoughts about themselves and their ability
• They lack confidence in their professional and personal lives
• They often suffer from the Imposter Syndrome, which keeps them back and stops them from fulfilling their true potential

In this thought-provoking online session, Caryn will address these issues and provide us with tips and strategies to build these four areas outlined above. She will also discuss ways to build courage and improve confidence as a woman.

Let’s face it, sometimes we need to be reminded to take the time out and look after our mental health and wellbeing.

This virtual will be hosted via Zoom. You will need to have is a ‘strong’ internet connection and a webcam so participants can see and interact with you. You will be provided the Link once you have registered.
