WollCon Annual Piano Festival
Event description
Want to gain more confidence in piano performance? Our Annual Piano Festival is back and ready to accept entries. Students will perform in classes based on their grade level and be adjudicated by pianist Andrew Rumsey.
Awards will be given for outstanding performances and our adjudicator will also provide students with invaluable feedback.
Speak to your teacher about which pieces to perform and sign-up soon. Entry is $25 per student.
In order to participate, you must have two pieces prepared. Speak to your teacher if you’re unsure which pieces to perform.
Entries close on 26 May 2023.
After entries close, you will be emailed an exact time for your performance class. Time changes cannot be accommodated, so please do not register if you have other time-sensitive commitments on 4 June. Generally, the day runs as follows:
10am – Preliminary, Grade 1 & 2
11am – Grade 3 & 4
12pm – Grade 5 & 6
2pm – Grade 7 & 8
3pm – Diplomas (A.Mus, L.Mus)
