Wollongong Roller Hawks 25 Year Reunion

This year marks 25 years of the Wollongong Roller Hawks. First conceived in 2000, the Roller Hawks weren’t allowed to enter the league until 2001 following the Sydney Games.

A quarter of a century on and through plenty of obstacles and setbacks, the Roller Hawks continue to provide opportunities for athletes in the Illawarra to reach the pinnacle of the sport in their own backyard.

This year is a chance to thank and celebrate the amazing players, coaches, volunteers, sponsors and supporters who have contributed to the club over that time.

The Roller Hawks are the only regional team in the NWBL and have always been an independent entity, operating solely in the interest of people with a disability.

This is only possible thanks to the tremendous support the Roller Hawks receive from the Illawarra community including a fantastic network of sponsors and volunteers. We look forward to everyone coming together to relive some old memories & tall stories as we celebrate 25 years of the Wollongong Roller Hawks.

Ticket includes drinks on arrival and canapes served throughout the evening. Anyone with an affinity for the Roller Hawks including past players, volunteers, sponsors and supporters is most welcome.
