Welcome to our Woman's Connection Circle. A space to Unwind, Balance and Reset.

Enjoy an evening connecting to your inner goddess as your host takes you on a beautiful guided experience.

This heart centered process will allow you to tune-in and connect with your inner-self to experience a full body relaxation, nervous system regulation, creating stillness and clarity of mind.

Our monthly circles weave somatic practices into a nurturing experience, promoting a sense of stability within our whole system, mind-body-soul.

Join a community of inspired woman to connect and empower each other with sharing circles, somatic practices and guided holistic experiences for health and wellbeing.

Rebecca Roberts is a somatic coach and educator, breathwork and woman circle facilitator with a passion in self-healing and nervous system health.

Hi I'm Bec. I am delighted to facilitate circles and connect with the woman in my community.

My own personal experience of attending circle has been very profound and powerful. Being held in a safe space by other woman has helped me to remove the mask and connect to how I really feel.

Being seen and accepted in my vulnerability and doing the same for others, helped me learn how to connect to my inner-world with that same love and acceptance. It taught me to become a loving friend to myself.

I learned through meditation and sharing, how to listen to my body and connect to my sensations and emotions without judgment. Through embodied practices I learned how to move and release stuck energy.

I was simply at an event, but I was learning so much without realizing it. I wasn't reading some concept in a book, I was actually embodying the work.

I was learning and gathering all the tools I needed to loving embrace and heal myself when challenging experiences happen in life.

Little did I know one day I would be facilitating woman circles. It was not on my to do list. But life does have a mysterious way of weaving magic into our path.

My path has guided me into movement, breathwork, circle facilitation and somatic education.

I have a passion for nervous system health and regulation. I hope to inspire and empower woman (like I was) to become their own self-led leader in connecting to their bodies wisdom and self-healing abilities.

My intention is to simply share what I myself practice and believe works to create balance in my life when challenges arise.

We can't stop life's challenges, but we can strengthen our nervous system to better cope during these times.

Some of the closest friendships I have experienced in life, have been sisters in circle. These relationships drop below the surface layer creating a depth of connection that touches the heart in a whole new way.

In my opinion, woman circles teach you the true meaning of compassion and acceptance of each persons individual life experience without judgment. You really do begin to connect to your heart and be a more loving human.

May all woman experience a circle and the sacred power it holds.
