☕️Cacao Ceremony: This is your homecoming back into your sacred heart. Kaliesha will guide a heart-opening cacao experience and gentle meditation. Honouring cacao as a sacred plant medicine, participants will be invited to arrive fully in the space, set a meaningful intention and deepen their connection with their heart, body and feminine essence.
🪄Guided Reflective Journalling Prompts: A journey of reflection, release and intention. Jodie will go through carefully guided journal prompts, you’ll be invited to connect with your body, emotions and inner wisdom — exploring what you’re ready to release and what you’re ready to welcome into your life that will weave throughout the day, creating space to honour what has been, make room for what is emerging, and set meaningful intentions for what you’re calling in.
🌺Womb Healing, Reiki & Sacred Shares: Start to soften into your feminine and sensual essence as receivership. Jess will facilitate your womb healing session with light language and galactic healing whilst Jodie and Kaliesha support you with reiki to gently let go of stored emotions and false identities around being a woman. Allowing you to pause, receive and consciously open yourself to the energy of the 10/10 portal of mastering your feminine embodiment. Option to share what showed up for you to integrate from this container.

What do I need to bring?
A bottle of water, pen and journal and your lovely self! Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are provided for a comfortable experience.
Can I pay by bank transfer to waive the Humanitix fee?
Absolutely! Email jessxgoh@lifeinconfidence.com to book your spot along with your mobile. Early bird ticket is $75. Bring a friend and it's $120, so $60 per person. Early bird ends at anytime on 1st October 2026. General admission will be $88 for a ticket, bring a friend for $150 which is $75 each.
How do I get there?
There's free parking onsite and for those who are commuting by public transport, it's a 3 minute walk from the bus stop. Please arrive 5 minutes prior start time so we can start on time.
Is the cacao vegan and ceremonial grade?
Yes and yes! There is no milk and any animal and animal by-products in it. The cacao that Kaliesha source is ethically made with love.
What are the contraindications to cacao?
Cacao contains tyramine which enhance effects of MAO inhibitors. If on these medications should avoid cacao. Cacao can stimulate heart and increase blood circulation including Heart Problems/High Blood Pressure, breastfeeding, pregnancy and those with IBS, reflux, stomach and caffeine sensitivity.
What are the contraindications to reiki, light language and galactic healing?
There are none, it's energy moving through the system which can support one into deep relaxation, rejuvenation of the mind and body and rebalancing old trauma wounds and emotions. This may be triggering or offer an emotional release for people which is needed to let go of old survival stories.
