Event description

EXPLORE YOUR INNER CYCLES THROUGH ART & RECLAIM YOUR CREATIVE & WILD NATURE.

We will gather in a sacred circle over 6-weeks, to honour and creatively explore our menstrual cycles and innate feminine wisdom. By remembering the power and deep beauty of our cyclical nature and regularly tuning into our womb space and needs; we'll deepen our connection to what it means to be a menstruator, and how it can support us daily in this modern world - if we choose to lean into it.

Throughout the journey we'll discover new perspectives and gain more awareness around our experiences as menstruators and how they have shaped our unique paths. We'll let go of limiting beliefs, soften past woundings and call in our hearts desires.

Through an array of art therapy processes, guided meditations, holistic charting and simple rituals - we'll explore our cycles at depths; our hormonal changes, energy shifts, premenstrual stress and triggers, presenting archetypes, shamanic abilities and manifestation powers.

We will journey with the energy of the moon, setting the theme for each session:

  • Wk 1| Dark/New Moon: Introduction/Menstrual Phases & Inner Seasons
  • Wk 2 | First Quarter: Intentions/Planting seeds
  • Wk 3 | Full Moon: Inner Archetypes/Growing resources
  • Wk 4 | Last Quarter: Belief Systems/Shedding what no longer serves
  • Wk 5 | Dark/New Moon: Visioning/Calling in our hearts desires
  • Wk 6 | First Quarter: Integration/Sowing future seeds

In completion of this course, you'll have more awareness around your needs and how to communicate them with others, a deeper understanding of your energy cycles, how to listen to your body, cycle and symptoms. You'll also have a map and framework to help achieve your personal goals, healing intents, dreams and desires moving forward! Cycle awareness is an ongoing journey, as is any spiritual path, the more you lean into it, the more layers you'll uncover. Click here to read some of last years experiences from participants.
