This transformative one-day retreat is intentionally curated to guide you through ancient healing practices, restorative movement, and deep womb connection that attunes you to the cyclical nature of the earth, moon and your womb.

Immersing ourselves into the Autumn energy that offers us an opportunity to release, restore, and realign with your inner essence.

Join us on the beautiful hillside in the hinterland of Byron Bay where you will be nourished from the inside out, sharing seasonal meals created with love and be held, heard and honoured by like-hearted women.

• CEREMONY: Journey through sacred sage and cacao ceremonies to set our intentions and anchor our energy into the space, honouring the land we meet upon
• NOURISH: Enjoy a slow seasonal shared meal with herbal teas,  refreshments + delicious treats
• CONNECT: Allow yourself to be honoured by the women in the room in our gentle sharing and song circles if you feel called to
• ATTUNE: To the cyclical nature of the earth, moon and your womb through this immersive womb workshop focusing on your inner season of Autumn - the phase of letting go.
• GROUND: Be guided through a restorative yin yoga practice designed to create space in the body as you release what is no longer serving you.

•  REST: Anchor into deep relaxation as we take you on a journey of the womb weaving in Acutonics tuning forks, yoga nidra, massage, oils and sound healing to restore you on every level

The intention behind these retreats are to support women in connecting with the cyclical nature of the earth, the moon and our wombs.

The dates are specifically chosen to enhance the seasonal energy. The journey is slightly altered to best support the season & the meal provided is based on the earth’s season also.

As we move through the earth year, these retreats will support you in embodying the energy of the season we are in. As well as sharing wisdom of the entire medicine wheel and how to apply it to our menstrual cycle.

We lead you through a deep journey of shedding, releasing, healing & connecting to your womb. We include yoga, sound medicine, tuning forks, massage, cycle wisdom & seasonal activities.

There is space for simply be-ing. For connecting with sisters & integrating.

These retreats have been brewing in our hearts for sometime & we are just so grateful to be here offering them with you all now.

- Water bottle and mug for your cacao

- Sacred items/offerings for our altar - flowers, crystals, nuts/seeds, plant life (please be mindful if taking from nature)
