Maryann Pratt is a Certified Financial Planner with over three decades of experience and a passion for helping people take control of their financial future. Whether she’s guiding families toward long-term financial freedom or helping business owners make smarter money decisions, Maryann’s mission is simple: ensure everyone she works with feels more confident and better off.

In her session, Money Matters: Uncover, Understand, and Unleash Your Wealth Potential, Maryann will share her expert insights to help you build a stronger relationship with money—one that supports your goals, reflects your values, and sets you up for lasting success.

Outside of the office, Maryann is usually found (unsuccessfully) mastering Reformer Pilates or enjoying the bush tracks around Palmerston North. A passionate community advocate, she also serves on the boards of Manawatu Rugby and St Peters Charitable Trust, giving back to the region she proudly calls home.

She shares her busy, adventure-filled life with her husband Ben—a farmer and accountant—and their three children, aged 21, 18, and 10. Whether in the boardroom, at home, or on the trails, Maryann brings energy, expertise, and a genuine love for helping others thrive.

What to expect on the night

Our events kick off with a networking session between 5.30 - 6.00pm so that guests can connect over a drink & nibbles.  At 6.00pm we head into one of the theatres at Globe Theatre for a presentation from one of our sponsors, and then our guest speaker, with audience Q&A + discussion following before the event is wrapped up at approximately 7.00pm.
