4 Women for Women are four practitioners offering women ways to approach the process of ageing more creatively through
Art, Breathwork, Movement and Voice. 
Let us inspire you to explore your creativity, experience something different, try something new and expand your perception of what ageing could mean for you with a joyous community of like-minded women.


Each workshop in the series will be facilitated by two of the four hosts, with a break for morning tea between.
