At the Women By Design 2025 Conference, we will celebrate the unwavering spirit of resilient women—those who refuse to be defined by adversity but instead use it as fuel to thrive. Together, we will embrace resilience as a mindset, a movement, and a call to rise, rebuild, and reignite our potential. Our conference is packed with speakers and sessions that will give you fuel for the journey ahead, empowering you to be a RESILIENT WOMAN.

The grand finale of the conference will be a Gala Evening aimed towards raising awareness for breast cancer. During this inspiring event, we will hear from women who exemplify resilience, and enjoy an evening of food, entertainment, and fundraising activities to support the ongoing fight against breast cancer.

Refund policy

Women By Design Conference & Gala Evening Refund Policy We want to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all attendees of the Women By Design Conference & Gala Evening. Please review our refund policy below: 1. Full Refund (30 or More Days Before the Event) Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event will receive a full refund. 2. Partial Refund (15-29 Days Before the Event) Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the ticket price. 3. No Refund (14 Days or Less Before the Event) Cancellations made 14 days or less before the event are non-refundable. We encourage you to transfer your ticket to another person in this case (see below for details). 4. No Part Refunds If you purchase a ticket for the entire weekend or a multi-day event, no part refunds will be given for individual days or sessions. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the full event cancellation policy outlined above. 5. Ticket Transfer/Substitution If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person without any additional charges. Please contact us at wbdglobal@gmail.com for assistance with ticket transfers. 6. Cancellation by Organizers If the Women By Design Conference & Gala Evening is canceled by the organizers for any reason, we will provide a full refund to all registered attendees or offer the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date, should the event be postponed. 7. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events) In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations), the Women By Design Conference & Gala Evening may be rescheduled or canceled. Refunds for Force Majeure situations will be at the discretion of the event organizers, and attendees will be given the option to receive a full refund or transfer their ticket to the rescheduled event.
