Women Circle with Moon Flower Essence

As women in this world, we have long had to give up many things for the sake of others' wellbeing. We’ve had to fight for space, for recognition, and for basic rights that were once denied to us. This history of oppression created a collective trauma, our feminine essence has been wounded for generations. For a long time, we became distanced from each other and from ourselves, denying and hiding our true potential.

As women, our center of power, our creative force, resides in the womb. But we were never taught to harness this power for our own benefit. Instead, we were led to believe it only existed to bear children, and if not used for that, it should remain dormant. But the body speaks, sometimes it screams! Now that we have the power of choice, it is urgent and vital to understand and reconnect with the wisdom of our cycles. Even though we’ve made great strides in gaining our rights, many of us still suffer from internal (and often external) oppression, forgetting our worth and numbing our feelings, trying to live a linear life that does not align with our feminine nature.

It’s time to reclaim ancestral wisdom and bring the knowledge of feminine cycles into our modern lives.

The Women’s Circle with Moon Flower Essences is a powerful space for individual and collective transformation. It is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, or simply to experience the inspiring medicine of being together in a circle.

This is a safe space for you to express and work through soul-deep issues, soothe trauma, and explore profound aspects of yourself across different areas of your life. No matter what you're seeking, this monthly circle, intentionally held during the new moon, aims to empower you and help open the path toward a lighter, fuller life.

How the event works:
Our gathering lasts between two, to two and a half hours. We sit in a circle and share through therapeutic speaking and listening. We’ll have a guided meditation intuitively led by Malu. Each woman will draw a card intuitively, which will indicate the Moon Flower Essence she will take home and use throughout the lunar cycle. We read each card’s meaning together, and at the end, we take the drops collectively.

About the Moon Flower Essences:
These are vibrational alchemies made from the essence of flowers. They are herbal remedies that work on our subtle energy fields, offering emotional support and helping connect body and mind. Moon Flower Essences were channeled by Ana Sazanoff, a Brazilian medicine woman, to support deep feminine healing. They are made primarily from Brazilian and Andean plants.

Why join the journey?
Moon Flower Essences are a powerful medicine that work subtly, lovingly, and homeopathically. Their effects often depend on your willingness and openness. Many of us have become hardened and disconnected by the weight of daily life, which can make it harder to feel the effects. In this case, time and consistency are your greatest allies. A minimum 3-month treatment is recommended for a consistent process. I often say:

Even if you choose to join just once, you may feel a shift. But if you’re truly called to go deeper, a 3-month path is ideal. Ultimately, it's all about what you feel. There’s no right or wrong here, this is not a linear journey. Maybe now isn’t your moment, maybe you just want to experience it once, and that’s okay. You can always return and begin again, as many times as you need.

Who is the circle and the Floral Essences for?
For all women, with or without a womb, menstruating or not. If your heart feels the call, this space is for you.

Do I have to take the essence?
During the circle, each woman chooses a flower essence to take home and use over the 28-day lunar cycle (you’ll receive full instructions and answers to any questions at the event). If, for any reason, you feel you shouldn’t ingest the essence, there are still ways to connect with its energy. I’m here to support you in finding the best way to engage with this process.

What to bring:
Come dressed warmly and comfortably, bring a water bottle, a tea mug, a notebook and pens, and of course, an open heart.
