Growing up, I didn’t know much about women’s health. Being raised by my dad, things like hormones and cycles weren’t really discussed. Now, as a mom of two daughters, I want things to be different — for them to grow up with knowledge, confidence, and tools I never had.

That’s why I’m opening up Marie Farms for a new kind of gathering — one that blends learning with connection, nature, and heart.

We’ll explore how women can better understand their hormone health and find natural ways to feel their best. Many of us face fatigue, PMS, headaches, bloating, cycle changes, thyroid issues, or menopause challenges — but you’re not alone. There are supportive steps we can take together at every stage of life.

I’ll also share some of the plant-based wellness products I personally use and trust, including Arbonne, as part of the conversation on natural solutions.
