The Champion Centre THERE ARE A VARIETY OF WAYS YOU CAN HELP
How are our programmes funded?
The programme is funded by a combination of central government funding and fundraising through grants, events and philanthropy. Currently the government (Ministry of Education, Whaikaha and CDHB) funds approximately $1.8 million of the $2.8 million it takes to run the Centre annually. This leaves a shortfall of approximately $1 million to fund through fundraising efforts.
Help Support a Child: If you’d like to contribute to a particular part of our programme, such as our internationally acclaimed Musical Play Therapy programme, the Technology Assisted Learning programme, the Family Support programme, Hydrotherapy or Feeding Programmes. Donate online now or contact our team on funding@championcentre.org.nz
Make a Donation/ Make a Difference: A one-off donation of any amount big or small will have a ripple effect in the Champion Centre community (every gift over $5 is tax deductible).
Many thanks for your support!
