More about the program

Over a six month period from April to October 2024, the Women in Engineering Mentoring Program will involve both face-to-face and online opportunities between mentees and mentors to discuss what it's like to work in the field of engineering, ask questions and build relationships.

Not only will all participating students receive bespoke guidance and advice, they'll receive a certificate of completion to support their future employment. Attendees will also receive support to complete the RMIT microcredential “Gender Equal Workplaces”(as a group or individually) to help increase employability.

Should you become a mentee in the Women in Engineering Mentoring Program, here are the dates you'll commit to:

Wed April 17th: 4pm to 5pm - Introductions, networking, group activities and guestspeakers

Wed August 21st: 9.30am to 2pm - Women in Stemm conference
