Women in February

We are bringing regular women gatherings back to our local community in Bunbury, WA.

Women in February will be an in-person two hour workshop on self love and lymphatic drainage. 

Located inside our favourite coastal coffee bar, Bahlu, on Beach Road. 

Guests will receive a complimentary NingXia Red antioxidant whole-foods drink mocktail, along with a rose quartz Gua Sha, DIY 50ml massage oil and a take home checklist for simple and effective self love ideas to reduce stress and create more calm on a daily basis. 

Our workshop is an introduction to the lymphatic system and the importance of lymphatic drainage for detoxification, inflammation, swelling and immunity. We will take a close look at a range of high quality essential oils for emotional balance and for creating your very own nourishing and relaxing massage oil.

The evening will conclude with a short guided meditation.
