Celebrate, connect and be inspired as we bring the Wellington Women in HealthTech community together to close out 2026.
Join us for an evening of conversation, connection and festive celebration, featuring a panel discussion with Kelsey Schwynn and Eileen Duddy from Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Digital Services. They will share insights into their roles, the different pathways that brought them into digital health, and their experiences working at the intersection of strategy, design and delivery.

Meet our speakers
Kelsey Schwynn is a Digital Health Partner at Health New Zealand, with experience spanning health strategy, product leadership, service design and digital transformation. Before joining Health New Zealand, she was Chief Product Officer at Optimal Workshop and held senior strategic design roles in Australia and the United States. Her career has included supporting government agencies, not-for-profits and Fortune 500 companies through human-centred design, product strategy and large-scale digital change.
Eileen Duddy is a strategic digital health leader with more than 20 years’ experience in the health sector, including over a decade working across complex, cross-government initiatives. As a Digital Health Partner at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, she connects Digital Services with health sector stakeholders, translating clinical, operational and strategic priorities into aligned digital roadmaps and investment pathways. Eileen brings a pragmatic, forward-thinking approach to defining problems, aligning priorities and progressing initiatives that deliver meaningful outcomes for people, whānau and the wider health system.
