BAE Systems is hosting an interactive Women in Industry Q&A webinar for female engineering students. Meet Alex, Engineering Operations Manager and Kara, Graduate Aerospace Engineer and discover who they are, what skills you need, what challenges you could face, and how to tackle them.
Your input will drive the conversation by choosing which topics you want to hear about, with additional open-question time. Alex and Kara will provide inspiring and real insight into what it’s like to work at BAE, the transition from university to the workforce, tips and tricks for applying to jobs, and the honest truth about being a woman in the industry.
