Dr Susan Neuhaus | Surgeon, Royal Australian Army Medical Corps

Dr Susan Neuhaus is a surgeon, former Colonel in the Royal Australian Army Medical Corps and acclaimed author. Admitted to the AMA Roll of Fellows in 2019, Susan brings unique perspectives from both boardrooms and battlefields to her leadership roles.

Dr Emily Kirkpatrick | Managing Director of the EKology Group, Specialist GP & Non-Executive Director

Dr Emily Kirkpatrick is the Managing Director of the EKology Group, working clinically as a specialist GP with fellowships in public health, clinical governance and medical administration. She has held senior roles in South Australia’s health department, as well as currently serving as a non-executive director across several government and non-profit entities, including the AMA SA. She brings extensive expertise in virtual care, clinical governance and integrated health systems, utilising AI and digital capabilities.

 

Dr Alecia Macrow | Specialist GP and Practice Owner at Thrive Family Practice

Dr Alecia Macrow is a dedicated specialist GP with a strong focus on prevention and wellbeing. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Scientific Communication and has training in health coaching and motivational interviewing. Recognised among The Advertiser’s Top 50 Women in Business 2024, she also received the Behind Closed Doors Women in Business Scholarship 2025.
