Rachel Taulelei - Chief Executive, Kono
Rachel (Ngati Raukawa, Ngati Rarua, Ngati Koata) is an award-winning entrepreneur and business woman whose values include kaitiakitanga, whanaungatanga and pono – guardianship, relationships and integrity. CEO of Kono, the Maori-owned food and beverage business, Rachel has spent 20 years championing Aotearoa as a world-class producer of food and beverages. She holds a number of governance positions, and is passionate about supporting the potential and growth of other people and companies.

Frances Valintine - Founder and Chair of The Mind Lab and Tech Futures Lab
Frances Valintine (CNZM) is a leader in innovation, and emerging technologies. After a 20 years career in higher education and creative technology Frances launched Tech Futures Lab in 2016 committed to the development of people and capability and developing a culture of innovation and responsiveness to technological advancement. Frances has worked with and advised 250+ organisations from every sector in New Zealand, from agriculture to finance, retail to law, and has gained a reputation as an expert in leading change initiatives.

Sue Pak - Head of Accounting NZ, Xero
On the NZ Leadership team at Xero for the past 12 years, Sue thrives in a fast paced, innovative environment. In her role as Head of Accounting Industry, she shines light on the future of accountants and their changing role connecting and supporting NZ businesses. Sue is motivated by her desire to provide meaningful data and practical guidance for business owners to achieve exceptional results.She is passionate about mentoring, and women not only achieving their potential but also advocating and supporting other women. Sue is Fellow CA, an FCPA and holds a Diploma in teaching.
