Event description

Theme: 'Women of Colour in Leadership: Complexity, Identity & Intersectionality' 

 Women of colour face multiple challenges in our quest to achieve and perform in various leadership capacities. During this e-conference, we will discuss the collective barriers we encounter and address key factors such as gender, race, stereotypes and their impact on under representation of WOC in leadership roles. Our speakers will recount their stories of resilience, struggles and perseverance as well as reveal copious insights regarding the extensiveness of each of their leadership journey. The e-conference promise to be a time of reach learning, sharing, networking and collective reflections on recent global events that has shaped our world. 

The conference theme have been developed in consultation with Women of Colour Melbourne Collective and the WOC community.
