The Women of Impact Retreat returns in 2027 for another unforgettable experience in the tropical surrounds of Palm Cove. Held at the five-star Pullman Palm Cove Sea Temple Resort and Spa, this 2.5-day leadership immersion invites high-achieving, career-focused women to reset, reflect and reconnect with their professional purpose and power.

Running from 12:30pm Thursday 20 May to 2:30pm Saturday 22 May 2027 (with an AI add-on option on 23rd May) this retreat is your space to step away from the noise and make deliberate choices about what comes next.

Each year, Amanda curates a dynamic program based on the goals and needs of the women in the room. 2027 Guest Speakers Include:

Accommodation

The Pullman Palm Cove has confirmed that 2026 accommodation rates will remain the same for 2027. This is exceptional value for a five-star resort with breakfast included.

• Studio Spa Room – $295 per night (single or double)

• One-Bedroom Apartment – $410 per night (single or double)

• Two-Bedroom Apartment – $515 per night (twin, double or triple)

All rates are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST and a buffet breakfast at Temple of Tastes restaurant. There are no hidden extras.

Travel

• Flights and transfers are at your own expense.

• Closer to the date, we help coordinate shared transfers between Cairns Airport and the resort.
