Women of Spirit: A Centenary of CWA Stories

In recognition of their 100th birthday in 2024, the Country Women’s Association of Western Australia has launched a storybook titled, Women of Spirit: A Centenary of CWA Stories.
The book showcases 100 stories of CWA of WA women who have made a significant contribution to the Association and the broader Western Australian community over 100 years.
Each story is a tribute to the pioneering women and modern-day trailblazers, who have faced challenges, endured hardships, and have worked to improve the conditions and lives of women, men and children.
Please come along to hear a brief history of the CWA of WA and stories of some of the CWA women who are featured in Women of Spirit.
