    Event description

Australian Women in Agriculture invests in women to influence the agriculture agenda. At our national conference in September we were astounded by the response to our Women on Ag Boards sessions. AWiA shares the ambition of having more women appointed to agricultural boards and is keen to support the Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Forestry to this end. The first in a series of activities is our Women on Ag Boards pathways, insights and lessons event. Join Cathy McGowan and Narelle Hooper for an inspiring evening on Tuesday 12th November via Zoom. Here they will both share practical tips and insights about board pathways and leadership, as well some of the lessons they've learnt throughout their distinguished careers.
