October brings heightened awareness to women’s health and breast cancer prevention, reminding us of the importance of advocating for our bodies and prioritizing long-term wellness.
This month’s gathering will focus on understanding the steps women can take to optimize their health, advocate for themselves within healthcare systems, and make informed decisions about prevention and care.
WOTR members Sacha Cesar and Leandrea Long will lead a conversation on optimizing health and creating sustainable habits that support long-term vitality.
We will also welcome Dr. Anupama Saigal from AdventHealth to discuss breast cancer awareness, screening, and prevention, helping women better understand how early detection and proactive care can save lives.

Dr. Anupama Saigal, MD
Fellowship trained Breast Surgical Oncologist | Adventhealth Anupama Sharma Saigal, MD is a fellowship trained breast surgical oncologist. She received her medical degree from the University of Maryland and went on to complete her surgical residency at the University of Pennsylvania. After becoming a board-certified general surgeon, Dr. Saigal then went on to Columbia University and completed a fellowship in breast surgical oncology. Dr. Saigal started her career in New York as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at NYU Langone Medical Center and at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Sacha Cesar, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or ARNP-C | Founder of Secrets Aesthetics & Wellness Center Sacha Cesar, ARNP-C, is the founder of Secrets Aesthetics & Wellness Center in Orlando, FL. She is an aesthetic expert, entrepreneur, educator, and wellness advocate passionate about helping women feel confident, healthy, and empowered. Sacha combines clinical expertise with a thoughtful, patient-centered approach focused on trust, consistency, and long-term transformation. Her mission is to help women prioritize themselves, better understand their health, and feel confident in the way they look and live.
Leandrea Long
Founder & CEO | L.A. Wellness Center, LLC Leandrea is board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Lymphedema and Wound therapist. Her carrer spands over 2 decades of health care experience in the acute care setting. Leandrea has lead a team of more than 50 employees, mentored and precept new graduates and has made great contributions to systematic changes in the institutuin she worked for. Leandrea currently is the only African American female owned mobile lymphedema therapist and Nurse Practitioner in the Orlando, Florida area. She is the sole owner of L.A. Wellness Center, a certified women minority own bursiness where she manages chronic lymphedema patients, post-surgical patients heal and recovery. She also provides telehealth services in 5 states managing chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol and much more. She is a hughe patient advocate and loves to help encourage and empower women to advocate for their physical health. Leandrea is passionate about providing quality, safe care to her patients and equipping them with the necessary tools to help manage their chronic diseases, recover smoothly and advocate for their physical health. Leandrea is an author, a wife of 16yrs, a mother of 2 beautiful girls, and she loves to travel, bake/cook and loves God.
