WOMEN ONLY Masterclass Paving
Event description
This is a Masterclass with Gardener & Landscaper Bex Phoenix who has extensive experience in brick laying and paving.
In this 3.5 hour introductory course you will learn how to complete a basic paving job - no experience required.
Step by step you will be introduced and guided on how to safely pave, preparing the site to be paved, laying pavers and how to make difference patterns.
This hands-on class will allow you to experience how to use paving tools, work with brickies sand and lay standard pavers.
What to bring:
Your enthusiastic self and knee pads if you have them, as we will be on our knees for part of the course.
If you don’t have knee pads, please bring a thick towel or blanket to protect your knees from the concrete floor.
Gloves will be provided, however if you would like to bring your own please do.
What to wear:
Sturdy pair of closed in shoes and old clothes you don't mind getting dirty
All other tools and equipment will be supplied
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided for morning tea.
Cancellation/Refund policy
At WOTT we keep our classes small to optimise your learning experience. Any cancellations or transfers, therefore, have an effect on our ability to deliver these classes (and may even result in the cancellation of the course). Please consider your dates carefully prior to booking.
Our cancellation and refund/transfer policy is as follows:
- cancellation up to 7 days prior to the course: full refund or transfer to a new course date.
- cancellation up to 2 days prior to the course: 50% refund/no transfer. You will then be required to rebook into the preferred course.
- cancellation less than 48h prior to the course: no refund or transfer available.

Our workshop is located in Beaconsfield/Walyalup on Wadjuk Noongar Country. We pay our respect to elders past, present and emerging.
