ARE YOU READY FOR THIS MONTHS SESSION OF OUR HOUSEHOLD TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY?

    SESSION 5: COORDINATING ELECTRIFICATION

Join us on Thursday, October 17, 7pm - 7.50pm AEDT (Australian eastern daylight time) - as we continue our Women Power: 1M Transforming My Home Program (via Zoom)! These online sessions are a monthly space where we come together to learn, ask questions and connect with each other.

    Session 5: Coordinating Electrification
In this next session of our Women Power program we are starting to put all the pieces of the puzzle together with the wonderful team at Goodbye Gas. We are delving into how you can coordinate different electrification processes, and how to communicate with your tradespeople to ensure you are on the same page.

    Our Special Guests-

    Goodbye Gas

Goodbye Gas has 1 goal - to make it simple, fast & cost effective to electrify your home. They simplify what can be a daunting & confusing process, & help Australian households to enjoy the benefits of a healthy, efficient 100% electric home powered by the sun. Goodbye Gas assess, quote & coordinate the whole process, taking away the complexity and confusion of multiple suppliers and trades. They provide a single point of contact and plain language explanation for all aspects of the service.

Their approach is focused on providing clear information to help households make informed choices, supplying only high-quality equipment, and coordinating their network of expert installers to deliver the upgrades as quickly and efficiently as possible.

To guide us with all of our questions we will have a very special guest from the Goodbye Gas team. We can't wait to share more on this soon!

Every month we will be doing a Zoom session to address another stage of our Electrification journey in detail. You can join in any session at any stage of this 12 month program as well as watch previous sessions up on our youtube.

Whether you are a homeowner or renter or in any other lifestyle circumstance, over the next 12 months, we will be helping you look for the cost savings, emissions savings, energy savings and health benefits and explore the ways to move away from gas and create an efficient and comfortable home.

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS PROGRAM?

Reducing our global emissions needs the biggest collaborative effort from every sector of society - the energy we use and save in our households plays a huge role. (In Australia alone a whopping 20% of our overall emissions come from the energy powering our homes and cars.)

Many of us will make big decisions over the next few years and with our power bills and rising energy costs being more energy efficient is a huge part of this transformation too.

We know it’s not all easy! But we want to understand the challenges and the solutions to getting off gas and how we can create energy efficient, comfortable homes that don’t rely on fossil fuels.

From this program we are going to create a blue print on what we learn over the next 12 months - the stories from women for women.

This program is free to participate in.

We can't wait to get into month's session of our Women Power with you!
