Women Revolutionising Housing Learning & Networking Online July

This is a regular online knowledge-sharing and networking event for women involved in housing initiatives, professionally and/or community-led, that aims to inspire collective action, advocacy, project resourcing, deepening authentic connections, exploring synergies, and more...

This June online hui topic is on strategies for creating strong connections to other housing role players, local and regional. We welcome women who have succeeded in creating strong networks for housing change to share their strategies and those wishing to learn.

The structure is 1) Introductions of women and their housing focus 2) Announcements 3) Small group discussions on a range of relevant and pertinent topics. 3) Sharing of key insights and actions in the larger group.

We will also have some time to explore the potential of the WRH Hui and catalyse a hui steering group.

WRH is a flaxroots movement and a network of diverse women working for housing systems change and catylising positive local housing and neighbourhood projects that are better for people and planet. The network is open to women from anywhere in the world. The bi-annual hui are held in Aotearoa NZ.

This year, the hui will be held 6-8 Nov at Riverside Community Hall near Motueka, South Island.
