As an Embodiment Coach and Practitioner, I work with women to awaken & (re)claim their sensual Creative power, by tuning into their body wisdom. This allows them to gently unleash new possibilities in their lives where they'll show up more authentically, and begin to deeply own their worth.

We'll also play with some nourishing embodiment practices to connect you to your beautiful body wisdom, practices which you can implement immediately in your life to bring more peace, flow and grounding when you need it.  

Finally, I’ll guide you on a journey through a potent meditation ritual that will leave you feeling deeply connected to your feminine essence, centred and worthy until we rise again in circle.
