Event description

Immerse yourself in deep relaxation and inner exploration with this  2-hour immersion featuring Restorative Yoga and Harmonium Sound Healing.

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration whilst being supported by props like yoga blocks, blankets, cushions and bolsters.

Complimented by the harmonising and alchemising vibrations of ancient mantras and sacred sound, the harmonium will effortlessly reach into your heart offering you an experience of complete tranquility.

This offering is guided lovingly by Areti (Earthed Yoga) and Samantha Maree (Yoga of the Heart) at the LoveLight Temple in Margate.

All props are supplied, just bring your open heart and your favourite blanket if you wish for added warmth.
