Come and join in this FREE gentle jogging and walking session for women. We will start off easy, so go at your pace.

This is a 'Taster' session - we will try 30, 45 and 60 second jogs with walking in between

Wyndham City Council with IndianCare are offering this free session for women.

Aged 13 years to adult, bring your teenager and have a go together!! - not suitable for under 13 year olds
This session is for teenage girls and women only.
We will run around the oval at Wootten Road Reserve, Tarneit under the sports field lighting.

What happens?

The session will last up to an hour. Starting with a warm-up and some mobility exercises then the main session: a combination of jogging and walking. We end with a cool down and stretch.

Sign up today, and tell your friends. All you need is a pair of trainers!!

Registration Information:

• Please check in with the coaches on arrival.

• Please follow any processes in place as directed by the coaches which are part of the risk assessment.

Data collection and enquiries:

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required. As this is a partnership with IndianCare your email address will be shared with IndianCare so that they can follow up with you about activities that you may wish to try.
