Rebecca Comac is a lawyer, accountant, company director and entrepreneur with more than 20 years' experience helping organisations navigate growth, leadership and complex commercial challenges.

Rebecca spent 18 years at PwC, including nine years as a Partner, where she advised some of Australia's largest organisations on tax, and later served as National People Leader for more than 2,500 people. She has also held executive leadership roles within an investment firm and today serves as a Non-Executive Director of Partners Wealth Group.

Alongside her board work, Rebecca is the founder of Kokun, a business supporting modern international au pair arrangements.

Drawing on her experience across law, accounting, people leadership and governance, Rebecca is passionate about challenging the idea that people issues are "soft". She believes the hardest commercial problems organisations face are often human ones, and that the leaders who understand this build stronger businesses.

Outside work, Rebecca is a mum to two young boys, loves travelling, yoga and Pilates, and is never too far from reading her next book.
