What is a Women's Circle? A gathering where women support, embrace and inspire each other through the ups and downs of life. As women sit in circles, we are all placed on the same level. There is no rank, no competition.

What is a sound bath? An experience where participants typically lie down or sit comfortably while the sounds wash over them, facilitating a meditative and often transformative experience. These waves are produced by various instruments, such as crystal bowls, tibetan bowls and chimes. The vibrations from these instruments aim to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and create a sense of well-being and peace.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to act respectfully towards others during the event.

Liability Waiver

By participating in the women's circle and sound bath you acknowledge and agree that the organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the event.
