Women's Circle & Breathwork Morning - Nenagh

Hi guys, for anyone that doesn't know me, my name is Jen. I am a trauma informed breathwork practitioner with a diverse background of many different avenues. I have a really strong passion for supporting people to validate, understand and uncover parts of themselves they may be afraid to feel and witness.

I am so excited to create this space for women to feel seen, heard and supported by one another.

Breathwork has been a big part of my journey in reconnecting with my intuition and going from abandoning myself for most of my life to finally beginning to trust what it is my body was trying so hard to communicate with me.

I would be honoured to have you join me in my next women's circle and breathwork journey. You are welcome to come regardless of your experience of breathwork as this is suitable for all levels.

I really hope to create a space for you to begin to explore and listen deeper to themselves because I am a firm believer that we already have the answers... we just don't give ourselves the space to hear them.

I am really passionate about doing things at your pace and a big advocate for doing exactly what feels right for you and your nervous system.

Breathwork is not about forcing your body into certain states. It is about giving yourself a space to begin to understand what may be going on for you a little more.
