Event description

Women's Circle: Connection, Cacao and Conscious Connected Breathwork

Join Master Breathwork Facilitator, Ash Sahota, and her trauma-informed facilitators in a journey to unlock your full potential. Our goal is to help you release tension, stress, blockages and stored emotions, using a somatic approach that catalyses profound transformation.

A unique blend of ancient healing wisdom and modern techniques designed to unlock your highest potential. This extraordinary 3-hour event will guide you on a path of self-discovery and personal growth. In a supportive, like-minded community, you will experience the power of connection activities, conscious connected breathwork and sound bathing to foster deep transformation.

Our carefully curated combination of slow and fast, deep and rhythmic breathing techniques can allow you to access altered states of consciousness, delve into your subconscious mind, tap into your body's innate wisdom and recalibrate your nervous system.

Each journey is unique, but conscious connected breathwork can assist in releasing tension, emotions, conscious or unconscious patterns, limiting beliefs while increasing clarity, liberation and reconnecting you with your most authentic and empowered self.

The immersive Women's Circle includes:

  • Guided Conscious Connected Breathwork to deepen your self-awareness.
  • Ceremonial cacao to open your heart and enhance connection.
  • Sound bathing with healing frequencies to intensify your experience.
  • Sharing circles to create a supportive and vulnerable space for personal growth.

Under my guidance, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery, enriched by powerful soundscapes and practices designed to help you break through any limitations holding you back.

Many past attendees describe this event as transformational and an experience filled with release in which they can let go of negative feelings and even trauma.

This experience is suitable for both beginners and advanced breathers—only prerequisite is an open mind.
