Women's Circle Flaxley

A Women's circle created to nourish, gain education, rest and be supported with women alike. This is a safe space for you to pull the wall down and allow yourself to be vulnerable and heard if you wish to share, or to simply just be held and guided.  

In this hour and a half ( sometimes a little longer ) we will have group discussion on varied topics if they arise, selected gentle and guided breath work teachings, gentle yoga asanas, guided meditation, card pull and ceremonial cacao or herbal tea. 

The aim of this space is to allow you opportunity to open up and be supported but also enable you to take tools learnt back home with to assist in your daily life. This is a time for you, provided in a group setting but delivered holistically to support your needs. This space is for all abilities and welcome to all women in their various stages of life.

Please arrive 10 minuets prior to start time to allow yourself to get a cuppa and settle in.
