Women's Circle: Grounded Together

Join Emily for 1.5 hours of connection with other women in circle. Expect activities such as meditation, journalling, sharing stories and more.

As we gather beneath the New Moon, we are invited to slow down, reconnect, and nourish ourselves through community. This circle is a space to ground, reflect, and celebrate the year so far—honouring our growth, acknowledging our wins, and sharing in the stories of those around us. Through gentle practices, meaningful connection, and guided reflection, we will create space to fill our cups, nurture our feminine energy, and leave feeling more connected, supported, and present.

Traditionally, women’s circles were sacred gatherings where women came together to share stories, wisdom, and support, often marking important life transitions or seasonal cycles. Centred around the moon cycles, they were spaces of connection, healing, and community, rooted in the ancient practice of women gathering in circle to be seen and heard.
