Come join me for a morning of slowing down and reconnecting with yourself and others.

These monthly women’s circles are a gentle invitation to step out of the rush of everyday life and into a space of nourishment, reflection, and meaningful connection with like-minded women. 

Each circle will include time to explore a relevant theme, share from the heart, and drop into your body with guided embodiment or meditation practices.New to women’s circles? You are so welcome—come exactly as you are!
