About Us

Clara & Sandra have been friends for years, having been introduced by a mutual friend. Their connection deepened through a shared passion for breathwork, which they used to support their personal growth. Over the past three years, they have supported each other's personal growth and trained together with Breathless Expeditions to become Master Breathwork Instructors. Together, they have supported numerous workshops, events, and training sessions, supporting hundreds of participants through their journeys with care and expertise.

Clara is a Master Breathwork, Energy and Somatic Healing Practitioner.

Driven by the desire to help people rediscover the joy of living in alignment, she founded ReWild. Through a combination of science-based techniques, along with ancient wisdom, she aims to guide people to get in tune with their body, release build-up emotions and restore their natural flow.

Sandra is a Master Breathwork and Sound Healing Facilitator who has navigated life's challenges to deepen her connection with herself and others. Her personal journey taught her the importance of reconnecting amidst daily pressures. Through breathwork, she has found emotional release and cultivated a profound mind-body connection, using it as a guiding compass back to herself.

Unbound Flow was born from Sandra's personal transformation and her desire to share these tools with others. It goes beyond stress management and performance enhancement—it's about empowerment, reclaiming ownership of the body and mind, rediscovering the joy of presence, and unlocking true potential. Sandra offers personalised sessions, workshops, and retreats rooted in science and tailored to individual needs.
