A monthly women's circle to connect with self and others. A hybrid mix of mindfulness, meditation, authentic relating, breathwork, attitude expansion, cacao, sharing/journaling and most importantly just being. Hopefully with some fun & laughter too. The theme and activities change every month and are always optional so you can relax.

My intention is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can be (or maybe discover) your true self. To leave all the 'to do's' behind for just a little while. Remembering that you can only breathe in the present moment so you may as well be fully in it instead of the uncertain future or what has already passed.

I hope that you choose to make time for this experience and I look forward to holding space for you.
