Women's Circle Season May to July 2022

MGM is for you if you are looking for connection and support to live a values-driven life - For mothers who sense, “it’s not just me”. 

 
Middle Ground Motherhood (MGM) supports you to make positive changes for yourself, your family and your community.

In an MGM Women’s Circle, the theory of matrescence gives mothers space to explore their experience through journaling and sharing opportunities. We also include a gentle movement practice and meditation. The Circle finishes with a shared long table lunch.

The theme for this season of Women's Circles is Self-Compassion. Each Circle has a topic related to core areas of a women’s life affected by matrescence: 

15 May

Autumn is a time to wind down. We start to turn inward as we prepare for the colder months ahead. We may like to delve more deeply into our creativity.

19 June

Mid-year is a great time to revisit this year’s intentions. How are you going? Do you need to come back into alignment?

17 July

We are daring to rest. Winter tends to be a time of low energy and quiet contemplation. We may feel more interested in connecting to the divine feminine through our spiritual practices.

How long does matrescence last? - Forever!

MGM Circles are best suited to mothers emerging from the first year of motherhood, wondering “What now?”. Mothers of children of all ages are welcome. 

Places in the Circle are limited to 12 people to ensure a meaningful experience, where everyone has the opportunity to be seen and held.

As well as a nourishing experience, the ticket price includes tea, snacks and lunch catered by The Golden Month. All meals are plant-based.
