Women's Circle Strath

A Women's circle created to nourish, gain education, rest and be supported with women alike. This is a safe space for you to pull the wall down and allow yourself to be vulnerable and heard. In this hour and a half we will have group discussion on varied topics, selected breath work teachings, gentle yoga asanas, meditation, card pulling and ceremonial cacao or tea to open up those beautiful hearts. The aim of this space is to allow you to open up and be supported but also enable you to take tools learnt back home with to assist in your daily life. I look forward to sharing this space with you.Please arrive 10 minuets prior to start time to allow yourself to get a cuppa and settle in.
