A virtual gathering of women FOR women!

A safe and non-judgmental space to take off all the ‘hats’ and put the ‘shoulds’ aside. This intentional time is created for you to turn inwards and listen to what is pressing on your heart. Rest. Breathe. Just Be.

You will be guided through gentle breathwork, meditation, visualisation, prompt journalling and practices to deepen your self awareness.

All while connecting with likeminded women in the comfort of your own home.

You will need a journal and pen and I recommend finding a comfortable and quiet space where you can lay during the meditation if you wish.

Hi, I’m Lena!

It’s an honour to hold such a sacred space for women to gather and take this time for themselves.

My love of women gathering this way was ignited 2 years ago when I attended a Full Moon Circle for the first time. I instantly fell in love with the magic that is created when women come together with pure intentions and decided then and there that I wanted to facilitate these spaces.

I am a Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming, Certified Facilitator of Breathwork and a Certified Practitioner in Hypnotherapy.

My Women’s Circles are a combination of traditional ritual x personal development.

My intention of holding these spaces is for women to feel safe, seen and heard and to feel more empowered in themselves. And also to renew trust in the sisterhood of women.

I look forward to sitting in circle with you x
