• Effy is a Holistic Health & Life Coach supporting women to find balance, discover their purpose, bring their vision to reality aligning mind, body, energy & actions and connecting to their feminine super powers so that they can enjoy life more and create a beautiful ripple effect in the world! Her approach includes a mixture of practical tools, energetic practices, mindset and belief work and spirituality.
• Jo is an aspiring Intuitive Psychology Coach with a deep love for personal growth and holistic healing. Currently training to help others unlock their true potential, Jo combines intuitive insight with psychological techniques to support emotional well-being and self-awareness. Jo has a strong love for crystals and have done ever since she was a child, using their energy to enhance healing and spiritual growth.
