For six weeks, we journey through the sacred layers of Self, Connection, Elements, Spirit, Play, and Purpose — a weaving of practices, rituals, and deep inner alchemy. Each week opens a new doorway into intimacy, embodiment, and the medicine of authentic relating with all areas of life.

The 6 Pillars of Initiation is a 6-week online journey that explores the foundational Pillars of Relating.

PILLAR ONE- Sacred Self -

All intimacy begins within. To meet another deeply, we must first meet ourselves.

PILLAR TWO - Sacred Connection with Others -

Safe & honourable intimacy requires both vulnerability and boundaries.

PILLAR THREE - Elemental Connection -

By grounding into the Earth’s elements & rhythms, opening our senses, and offering gratitude, we remember how to be in sacred union with land, body, and beloveds.

PILLAR FOUR - Spirit & Divine Mystery -

By surrendering to the unseen and connecting with the magic that creates all of life, we allow the Divine Mystery to infuse our relating with curiosity and awe.

PILLAR FIVE - Inner Child & Playful Joy -

By reclaiming and healing this beautiful part of ourselves, we address the suppression of our innocence, the confusion around who we truly are and the unspoken demand that we rely on others to provide our joy, allowing playfulness to arise naturally in relating with ourselves & others.

PILLAR SIX - Living Your Dharma -

Exploring what it means to live a Dharmic path & when we do live our Dharma, our heart and soul feel genuinely fulfilled, and love naturally flows in service to something greater.

You will be Lovingly guided in soulful practices, sacred devotion, and heartfelt connection, you will learn to relate differently — more authentically, more tenderly, with more depth and intimacy.

This is an invitation to immerse yourself, beyond the surface, into the divine beauty of your inner world and the ancient wisdom within you and within the Earth.

We will be dismantling outdated stories, generational untruths, awakening more joy & pleasure, and grounding into your divine essence.

You will begin to experience your life as a loving expression of your highest calling.

Often, women ask for “more” from the men in their lives. More depth. More presence. More truth. But what has been modelled to men in our culture rarely includes these things. Too often, “more” is measured through a lens of outward success, consumerism, and achievement — a hunger that never truly satisfies.

Yet we know: we take none of that with us.

What endures is not what we earn, but how deeply we love.

The capacity of our relationships — their honesty, intimacy, and devotion — is the truest wealth of the human experience.

As one of our male facilitators recently reflected:

Why? Because relational healing is not meant to happen in isolation. It happens when we meet in the space between — when women and men remember how to see, feel, and honour one another beyond roles, masks, and wounds.

Because the Sacred Feminine calls forth the Sacred Masculine. Because this is how we shift not just ourselves, but our world. This dynamic stems from wholeness and fosters diversity and dynamism.

How It Works

We recommend first setting yourself up for this journey. Once you’ve been welcomed into the program, you’ll receive a beautifully crafted invitation document to share with the man of your choosing. He will then have everything he needs to understand, prepare, and step into the experience alongside you. He will be invited to jump on a connection call with us to answer any questions and for us to learn more about him and what is present in his heart & inner world.

Trust that the timing and the choice of which man to invite will become clear.

This is not about fixing men.

This is not about dragging them into healing.

This is about creating a field of safety, reverence, and possibility — where women and men can meet, soul to soul, in depth, compassion, and love.

4 Day Women’s Rainforest Retreat

This is not just a retreat.

In this rainforest sanctuary, you will experience a deepening following on from the 6-week online journey.

Five male facilitators — carefully chosen, deeply embodied — will hold space alongside us. Not to take the centre, but to create new reference points of what safe, honourable, devoted masculinity feels like in the body, in the nervous system, in relationship.

This is a rare and intentional design.

The kind of experience that cannot be read in a book or practised on a yoga mat alone.

This is a safe, sacred space that is not sexually oriented. The intimacy we speak of is the intimacy of presence, of safety, of trust. 🌸 Meet Your Retreat Host & Facilitator – Nia

Nia is a devoted mother and soulful space-holder with over 7 years’ experience in Quantum Emotional Alchemy, trauma-informed healing, mindfulness, breathwork, Reiki, cacao and tea ceremonies and women’s circles.

Known for her grounded presence and warm, nurturing energy, she creates spaces where all feel safe, seen, and deeply supported.

Her passion lies in guiding others gently into their shadow and light, offering tangible tools, compassion, and ancient feminine wisdom to support real-life transformation.

Nia initiates deep and transformational healing through a sacred practice that she refers to as Quantum Emotional Alchemy. This is a revolutionary therapy that facilitates rapid and profound transformation by addressing mental, emotional, physical, and energetic blocks. It empowers individuals to identify the root causes of their challenges and destructive belief systems. Nia guides participants in a safe, sacred space, allowing the ancient wisdom within one's body to be activated. This powerful yet gentle process allows the body to remember and alchemise deep-seated trauma and old wounds.

This work became even more personal when Nia’s daughter, at just 16, experienced a traumatic car accident that left her with a broken spine. Through that deeply challenging chapter, Nia walked beside her, offering breathwork, meditation, energy healing, trauma healing and other practices — not only to support physical healing, but to tend to the emotional and spiritual layers of the journey. That experience reaffirmed her belief in the body’s wisdom, the power of presence, and the sacred role of healing tools and modalities when held with love, intention and wisdom.
