With God all Things are Possible! These are the words Jesus spoke to his disciples in Matthew and Mark. However, do you believe it?

When Godly thoughts are with you, your mind journey can be like watching a garden grow with bursts of colour, excitement, and certainty about what will come next. This can truly be a beautiful display of sweet fragrance shared with many through the Holy Spirit.

However daily seed thoughts can either be negative or positive. A negative seed creates doubts that grow into demoralising weeds, making a person feel unhappy. The alternative is the positive seed thought which can create beautiful flowers to focus on the beauty of life, creating joy and laughter. Learning to manage these positive flowery thoughts, helps one to flourish and create emotions of calm, confidence and contentment.

God explains to us “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving present your requests.” Phil 4:6

My journey recovering from low self-esteem, ignited a passion to empower women like you to live happy, Spirit-Filled lives. This is why I am inviting you to the Women’s Health Retreat to support the woman inside you to flourish with God in our midst.
