Women's Inclusive Talk Group (trans and queer friendly)

Welcome to our Inclusive Women's talk group!

A new monthly gathering for women, trans, queer and non-binary humans to connect, share, be inspired, feel empowered, and be acknowledged.

This is a warm, inclusive and structured space where you can bring your thoughts, experiences, creativity and curiosity. You don’t need to be a writer or a confident speaker — simply come as you are.

Each gathering will include:

- Journaling & reflection prompts to help you explore the theme for each session

- Group discussions around themes after 2-3 people’s talks

- Time to share — a piece of writing or poetry, a personal story, a thought, or something close to your heart

- Space to be heard and witnessed without needing to fix, advise or have all the answers

- Connection and inspiration through the experiences and perspectives of others

There will be allocated time for individual sharing, followed by opportunities for reflection and collective conversation.

This is a space to speak, listen, connect and be seen with curiosity, respect and care.

We aim to gather once a month, creating an ongoing community where we can return, reconnect and grow together.

We want to hear all about it :)

(e.g. I was inspired when I discovered the sound of snails munching! :o)

Everyone is encouraged and invited to speak but there is no expectation to, you are welcome to come along and listen and participate in group discussions and feedback.

There may be some journal prompts and writing exercises, so, bring along a pen and notebook if you want to join in!
