About us
About NCJWA NSW
For 103 years, the National Council of Jewish Women Australia NSW (NCJWA NSW) has been supporting women, children and families and strengthening Jewish community life.
Our work spans community welfare, women's health and wellbeing, education, cultural engagement and practical support for those in need.
Our programs include Cuddle Bundles, providing essential items for vulnerable mothers and babies; Days for Girls, supporting menstrual health and dignity; Tikvah V’Or, supporting women affected by breast cancer; and the Rebbetzin Jana Gottshall Library, celebrating Jewish literature and learning, among many other initiatives.
We also bring people together through public conversations, cultural events, educational programs and community initiatives that foster connection, resilience and a sense of belonging. Our work extends beyond the Jewish community, building relationships, encouraging understanding and contributing to the wellbeing of the broader Australian community.
As we celebrate our 103rd year, we remain committed to supporting women and families, responding to community needs and making a meaningful contribution to the wider community.
