This retreat is designed for women who want both clinical and holistic education to work WITH their hormones, menstrual cycle & fertility. It is a container to equip women to naturally manage:

• Amenorrhea
• Infertility 
• This is also a safe space for women who have experienced early pregnancy loss. 

This retreat is not limited to any age or phase of womanhood, however would suit women between the ages 25 - 40.

Lucille is a Menstrual & Fertility Specialist who has guided hundreds of women to rebalance their health & hormones without invasive surgery or medication. 

She is the founder of 3 thriving businesses - Calm Studio Massage & Wellness, Womanseed Co & Cille Organics, all of which are pioneering methods in supporting Women's Health, Fertility & Body Positivity.

​Experience - Practicing as a leading Women's Health Coach, Therapist and Ayurvedic Practitioner for 8 years, she has also travelled the world & Australia studying Ayurvedic Medicine and Women's Health. Lucille has been facilitating educational events, workshops, programs & retreats for 6+ years. Her work is trauma informed and she is known in the community for her deep, and transformational work.

Certifications - Certified Health Coach, Qualified Counsellor, Certified Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Shamanic Practitioner, Myofascial Yoga Teacher, Remedial Massage Therapist & Fertility Massage Therapist.

Lisa is a certified and registered Naturopath, birth keeper, qualified NET practitioner and women’s health expert with a passion for empowering patients to take control of their births, health and lives. 

Lisa’s areas of expertise include: Fertility, Menstruation, Preconception, Pregnancy, Birth, Post Partum, PCOS, Endometriosis, PMS, and Menopause.

Lisa has a strong focus on healing the gut, nervous system and emotional wellbeing alongside her work on the female reproductive system utilising nutrition, herbal medicine, Neuro-Emotional Technique, functional testing and coaching.

Lisa is also an evolutionary & medical astrologer, weaving this magic into her evidence based practice.
