'MENTAL HEALTH IN WOMEN' with Beyond Blue Guest Speaker Vita Catalino
Come & join us for this guest speaker event at Louis Joel Arts & Community. Vita is a volunteer speaker for Beyond Blue; a national organisation that works to raise awareness of anxiety & depression, reduce associated stigma & encourage people to get help. Vita will share her lived experience with us of how her life was impacted by mental health conditions & she will present on the topic of 'mental health in women' focusing on depression & anxiety.
